Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (“BNTB”) on a loan financing for The Reefs Beach Club Limited. The loan was provided in order to enable the Reefs to complete a partial buy back of its share capital and is part of a staged financing for its redevelopment.
The CHW team, comprising Wendell Hollis, Kerri Rance and Gemma Morrison advised on the corporate aspects and Harry Kessaram advised on the conveyancing aspects of the financing. Mello Jones & Martin advised The Reefs.
