CHW has recently advised on the formation of Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund III - Selected Offshore, a Bermuda unit trust fund ("Selected Offshore").
Selected Offshore was established to act as a feeder fund for the purposes of raising further investment in Macquarie Global Infrastructure Fund III, an unlisted fund closed end with a focus on infrastructure or infrastructure-like assets in the OECD and OECD-like countries which was, until the formation of Selected Offshore, closed to new investors.
