CHW is pleased to announce that Alison Sanderson has joined the Corporate Department of the firm.
Prior to joining CHW, Alison was a senior solicitor in a large New Zealand law firm specialising in commercial and strategic issues. This included advising clients in relation to corporate structuring, re-organisation and governance, sales and acquisitions of companies and businesses, and shareholder and joint venture agreements.
