Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (“Gulf”), an independent oil and gas company exploration and production company listed on the Alternative Investment Market, in relation to a £25.1 million placing of shares made by Gulf with the assistance of its brokers, Tristone Capital and RBC Capital Markets.
