Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised National Australia Bank Limited in connection with financing facilities made available to Equity Partners Infrastructure Company No. 1 Limited (“EPIC”).
The financing was provided in order to enable EPIC to acquire a 17.49% stake in Moto International Holdings Limited, a Bermuda company (“Moto”), for a consideration of £19.7 million.
Moto is the leading motorway service area operator in the UK, with 64 sites and a 38% market share.
