Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (“MCIG”), in relation to its agreed acquisition by Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board.
The CHW team of Jonathan Betts, David Kessaram and Alison Sanderson advised on the Bermuda aspects of the AUS$2.2 billion acquisition, which was made by way of schemes of arrangement in Bermuda and Australia. Freehills acted as Australian legal advisors to MCIG.
