Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised Toll (BVI) Limited ("Toll"), a member of the Toll group of companies, Australia’s largest logistics and transportation group, in relation to a HK$2.1Bn takeover offer for BALtrans Holdings Limited, a logistics company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The CHW team of Ernest Morrison and Jonathan Betts advised on the Bermuda aspects of the offer. Clifford Chance advised Toll on the Hong Kong law aspects of the transaction.
