Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised John Leseur, the owner of Oleander Cycles Limited (“Oleander”), on the sale of Oleander and its wholly owned subsidiary Bermuda Train Company Limited to Geoffrey Gibbons (“Purchaser”), who has been the general manager of Oleander for the past 15 years.
The CHW team, comprising Wendell Hollis and Kerri Rance, advised on the corporate aspects of the sale and Mello Jones & Martin advised the Mr. Gibbons.
