Cox Hallett Wilkinson ("CHW") has advised CIT Finance Investment Bank ("CIT"), a Russian independent investment bank, in relation to the $65 million acquisition of Harbor Global Company Ltd. ("Harbour Global"), a Bermuda limited duration company.
The CHW team, comprising Ernest Morrison and Jonathan Betts, advised on the acquisition, which was made by amalgamating a subsidiary of CIT with Harbor Global.
Clifford Chance LLP advised CIT on both the US and Russian aspects of the acquisition with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (US counsel) and Conyers Dill & Pearman (Bermuda counsel) advising Harbor Global.
