Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised MAp (formally Macquarie Airports) in relation to the internalisation of its management.
The CHW team, led by Jonathan Betts, advised on the Bermuda aspects of the internalisation. Allens Arthur Robinson acted as Australian legal advisors to MAp.
