Cox Hallett Wilkinson (“CHW”) has advised Waterloo Properties Limited and its subsidiaries in relation to the redevelopment of the Waterfront situated on Hamilton Harbour, Pitts Bay Road, the largest commercial development in Bermuda. CHW has advised on financing provided by The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited as well as all leasing arrangements on the site. Tenants in this development include catastrophe and property re-insurers Axis Specialty Ltd., Montpelier Re Holding Ltd., Partner Re Ltd., Stockton Re Ltd., Tokio Millenium Re Ltd., Tyco and Zurich International (Bermuda) Ltd.
