Natalie advises on a wide range of local and international corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including: corporate governance issues; IPOs; project financing, banking and private equity transactions; mergers and acquisitions (including those involving insurance companies and other regulated entities); joint venture and special purpose vehicles; offshore corporate and partnership structures (with particular expertise in relation to complex global restructuring projects involving Bermuda entities); and on the corporate and regulatory aspects of several significant local tourism and infrastructure development projects.
Natalie is an Executive Committee Member and Chairman of the Regulatory Sub-Comittee of the Institute of Directors – Bermuda Branch.
